Dove commercial uproar

As I am sure most of my readers have heard, Dove is ,once again, caught in the fires of a "racist" uproar. The company recently released an advertisement that showed multiple nationalities of women to get across the point that Dove soap is perfect for any skin type. However, the media has taken the ad and cut it so that only the black lady and white lady are shown; this is the clip of the ad that has gone viral. Americans are having a fit and boycotting dove because they think that this ad was racist however, it was just the opposite. Dove made sure to take the time to incorporate all nationalities, skin types and hair colors into this commercial but of course people still find something to fuss about.
I am aware that most of the people tweeting and posting statuses about how racist the company is have not even taken the time to research and find the truth instead of just believing whatever they see on Facebook. How ironic is it that I could not even find a full version of the commercial anywhere on the internet? I was able to find pieces of it that show the Asian female with the African American and white females in a clip from a news site; I will post the link for that below.
See, this has become a real issue in today's society. Why is it okay for people to go off and run their mouth to the whole world when they have absolutely NO clue what they are talking about? And to think that someone at Dove actually lost their job this week, all because people think that a commercial they only seen a portion of was so racist. Pardon if this offends you, but at some point it's time to stop pulling the race card.
